So just what is the Ebay policy that I see folks quoting as guidance that they have to sell an item as a reprint?

Is it that "If you know an item is a fake/reprint but don't want to admit it or want to leave doubt in the buyers mind, you can cite our policy as the reason you are listing it as a reprint"?

In other words, if it isn't slabbed as "Authentic," then you must list it as a Reprint.

I cannot believe the number of vintage "Reprints" on Ebay being listed sometimes as Reprints and other times as "Original."

The majority of those sellers never spell out the word "Reprint" in their title description.

I can't believe the number of counterfeits being sold as "reprints?"

The "eBay says I have to sell it as a reprint" is a red herring. There is no such eBay rule. eBay's rule is if you don't know what is is, you aren't supposed to sell it.
