Neat—any idea when it is from?

I am not sure Jay. It looks like it could be 1950s on back....When I googled the address it is now a skyscraper in downtown. When I googled the name of the restaurant nothing relevant came up.

Hi Leon

The timeline of this piece is circa 1930's - 40's (and perhaps into the 1950's). My Dad and my Uncle owned restaurants during those years. The décor of this restaurant, the attire
of these customers, the dress code of the crew behind the counter, and the mention of "sawdust" in the text are all indicative of that era.

Quite a neat piece.

Leon,

Perhaps as early as 1906.

Thanks for posting that, Howard. I appreciate it. Not sure it is quite that old but probably older than I originally thought.
