Below is a link to a autographed Mickey Mantle bat with COAs from Chris Morales and Scoreboard. The truth is that Mantle NEVER signed bats for Scoreboard!!!!

the funny thing is how the poor guy is so proud that it comes with a Certified Document Examiner COA. Better act quick, before it's pulled by E-bay. Compare at 3000-5,000. Good for nice a belly laugh before the yankee game. This really is sad that this keeps happening. There is so much fake stuff out there.

I like that a bat worth in the thousands has a starting bid of .99. Like Scoreboard would get a $15 blank bat you can buy at a sports equipment store at your local mall, instead of a nice model with a burned signature. They didn't have blank bats for Mays, Rose and Frank Robinson.

Also, new trend it appears and I have seen in a few places now. Multiple LOA's now issued like: CM, STAT/TTA, "Bird-sick" and AAU and cute terminology like "double certified", which I think CC invented.

Yes, he turned down a signed slingshot by David, fight used, that he slew Goliath with. :p

Seriously, that bat is Pathetic and there has got to be some way to help clean up this part of the hobby.

I heard he turned down a "MINT" copy of a Shakespeare signed copy of Romeo and Juliet because it didn't match his library of known exemplars :D:D:D:D:D
