Average player with most tough cards

Posted By: DD
Is it coincidence, or was their some kind of plan to limit the distribution of Ivy Andrews cards? Near impossible to find R300 George C. Miller, tough Tattoo Orbit card, and for registry fans, no Batter Ups graded above an 8, and only 3 of those in total.

Anyone care to share pics, or name other players that are similar.
