Pittsburgh plays all-black lineup.

What's your favorite piece in the Baseball Hall of Fame museum?

John- Great photos! My daughter and I spent five days there last September during the annual film festival. Great time, empty that time of year.

Wish more memorabilia, especially cards were on display but beautiful museum and wonderful staff. Really nice town.

wowwwwwwww!!!! owners of those cards should get them authenticated. A few years ago, I had to get a selfie with a '52 Topps Mantle PSA 4.5 at the Louisville Slugger Museum.

After seeing how nice that Honus is (although I couldn't see the back), what do you think it would grade from PSA or SGC? I would guess 4.5 from just the front. The Hall doesn't like slabbing the cards because it is not sure of the archival material the holders are made of.

yes... 4.5 seems legit... Sure was nice of the guy to gift that card to Cooperstown!!!

My daughter and I last went we had a blast! Saw the T206's, her favorite exhibit was the Babe Ruth Uniform. I took a selfie with the 2009 WS Trophy. Would love to go back in the near future.

If it's the same one I saw years ago it's better than that.

Awesome! Did you see the Plank also? That was on display when I went a few years back.

Congrats John! Was this your first visit? I'd bet a lot has changed since I made my pilgrimage in 1999.

It sure looks like there's a lot more light in the museum now.

As a fellow Techie, I love your shirt.

There were a few more cards there, and the Plank was one of them. I think it was close to the Tris Speaker T3. I had gone when I was a kid, but didn't remember much about the trip.
