Fixing the Hall of Fame voting process

This is the best idea and article I have seen. Forget ballot limits and all the other garbage. Binary voting...a simple yes or no should do. It doesn't fix the problem of the ridiculous "Golden Era" sham but hopefully every year they vote for no one.

How about capping the number of members. First decide on a number: 100, 200, etc. If someone is voted in, then someone must be voted out. Helps keep the fringe players out.

If I may throw in some Greek mythology here, Mount Olympus was meant only for the Gods…not above average warriors and what not. To me, Cooperstown represents the absolute best of the best. It should be reserved for the unquestionably greatest players of all time and no less. With that in mind, players like Hank Aaron, Ty Cobb, Babe Ruth and on and on weren't even unanimously elected. How pathetic is that?? Some people found them unworthy of selection?? How could anyone defend that stance?? This illustrates the fact that Hall of Fame voters will always have their dumb axes to grind and will never simply examine the true worthiness of players since they are allowed to freely interject their personal biases into the process.
