Posted By: Jonathan Cadien
I am new to the preWWII card game, and I wanted some opinions on my first purchase. I bought the following card for about $450; I know its altered in some way, but I bought it because of the great presentation. Would love some opinions!

Pictures:
[img][/img]

[img][/img]

Posted By: Jonathan Cadien
I got it off ebay, with several other vintage dealers bidding close to what I bid; normally I wouldn't even think of buying a altered card for any where close to $400, but this card presents like a 6 or 7 which makes it worthwhile to me. In terms of value, I was told I got it at about market. Not sure though.

I think you could probably get your 400 out of it any time you want, in the meantime, enjoy owning it .
