Thanks Wayne for the swap of cards in which I got the E94 olive Byrne and E94 red Chance. I am down to 5 cards now in completing the master E94 set with all 6 colors (plus some rare oranges too).

well done sir! And good luck getting the rest.....

Congrats on getting one step closer to completion! Its always nice to cross one of when your want list is so short for a set. Best of luck with the remaining six.

Awesome bob!!! One of the most impressive feats in the hobby imo!!

Beautiful card. I hope to see the entire set soon. :)

ya bob...at some point we're going to need to see a "grid!"

CobbSpikedMe 01-26-2018 07:41 PM

Bob, it's been a pleasure watching you pursue this master set for all these years. I'm always amazed when you acquire another one you need.

Jason Carota 01-26-2018 08:15 PM

Congrats, and best of luck with the last few! And...

Thanks everyone! I'll eventually get around to scanning them all and posting them here.
I am down to these cards:
Cobb dark green, Crawford blue and dark green, Lajoie red and violet, Wagner gold.
Some of these are expensive so lower grade with a presentable front and authentic will work.
I also could use a blue Magee as an upgrade and a red Young.
That's it!
Tbob
P.S. Would also be interested in any of the super rare orange commons in any condition. I have some but always looking for more. I don't consider them part of the "Master Set" (blue, red, violet, olive, dark green, gold and violet) because only 1 orange is known to exist for each player and no oranges known on others.

Congrats Bob

Congrats Bob, you are getting closer. Best of luck on the few that are left. Will continue to keep an eye out for them!
Take care,
Tim Kindler

Byrne

That card looks familiar! Glad I could be part of the deal that helped you Bob, good luck with finishing up the master set. It is one great accomplishment.

Very tough. I’ve only seen two in my years of collecting...

A bit late to the party but congrats, Bob. You have put a lot of fun time into the search, no doubt. Sorry I can't help but good luck in the hunt. Btw, great looking Byrne.
