T207 lowdermilk with red cross back

i am doing some t207 research, in part regarding Red Cross backs, and have a question about the Louis Lowdermilk card. online searches show REA sold the same example three times (for $21,150 in 2011, $16,590 in 2013 and $13,035 in 2014). a longtime tobacco collector told me that there is more than one Lowdermilk/Red Cross example, but I have not been able to find evidence.

i wonder if he mistook the one example in REA for multiple examples, which is understadable, because it makes little sense why a buyer would resell such a card so quickly (at a significant loss no less!). so maybe he mistakenly remembered these as being different cards.

so my question is is anyone aware of another example of the t207 Lowdermilk with a Red Cross back?

I was the sucker who purchased it for 21K. As far as I now it was the first of its kind when discovered and no other is known.

If anyone collects type cards in a serious manner they have been there (me included.) It's still a great card regardless of anything else. I wouldn't doubt I pick up another in the future. BTW, I probably wasn't far behind you on what I lost on Weaver, when I sold him. And of course, to answer the OP's question, I don't know of any other T207 Red Cross Lowdy's either...

Never seen or heard of another than just the one and I keep detailed spreadsheets of T207s, especially the high end cards.
