The scanner doesn't do justice to the vivid differrence between the regular red background and the orange background card. The shading on the entire card looks lighter on the orange Dorner that the red Dorner. It's a neat looking card and IMO it's distinct from the standard red shading. It's not a printer scrap....there was a recent thread on ghost variations which had some great vintage cards including some printer scraps. It was titled "Please show your ghost overprints." <br /><br />George
