Does centering affect a grade this much?

Assuming the description is correct and the card looks just as good in hand, does centering/a slight tilt normally affect a cards grade this much?

There are no qualifiers so I assume, if there was, (an MC) it would likely grade at least 2 grades higher?

The card looks much nicer than a 4 to me and maybe even a 6 isn't enough, but it just doesn't seem right this card only has a grade of 4 on it's flip.

Imho

That card centered I believe gets a 6-6.5 at PSA's current standard. Corners all look a bit " touched" to me - 1 worse than the others. The card is also just shy of miscut. Per their definition, At most perhaps a half grade off. For my taste - really hard to look at that badly o/c. Hopefully more people buying the card not the holder. But beauty is often in the eye of the holder. Or was that beholder.

Yes, everyone is different, and for sure it is badly O/C, but for some reason, to me anyways, it just doesn't look right sitting in a "4" slab.
Maybe it's the Mantle affect with me, who knows? :)
