Help with Lou Kretlow Estate Multi-Signed Ball

5 Attachment(s)
I was contacted by someone, who I have becomes friends with, about this ball she acquired as part of an estate sale. She buys whole estates, and this was part of it. She is looking to sell, and I would like to help her out as much as I can, but this isn't my space.

The ball came from the estate of Lou Kretlow, and is multi-signed. Authenticated by JSA. Has Snider, Slaughter, Spahn.

See any concerns with the ball?
What would you estimate general value to be?
Any suggestions on best way to sell it? - she prefers private market, doesn't like ebay, and I have suggested an AH may be the best route.

Thanks for any help!

My friend is looking to get $500 for the ball. Seem reasonable?

Thanks for any opinions.

Sorry, IMO not even close. Three fairly easy HOFers and a bunch of guys nobody really cares much about.

FWIW, I'd be interested in buying this, I think it's a service team ball. But the value is more like 100, maybe 150 to someone.

Thanks Ken. No need to apologize, I have no skin in this. I am sure she will appreciate knowing it's value. I doubt she will want to sell it for that amount, but if so I can let you know. She has a few other signed balls, so once she sends me pics I'll post them here, and maybe one of them will have some tougher signatures.

Agreed on the $100 ballpark estimate. Definitely not a $500 ball.

But still a nice piece of memorabilia.

I have a few multi-signed baseballs and although they may not have high monetary value for me, but I am emotionally attached to them and that's what makes them valuable to me.

I agree with Christopher. Also, it being a Harridge ball adds to the "connection" to the old days, if not to the actual value.

I was thinking maybe 200, it has a few tougher signers Spence neglected to mention

I knew Mr. Kretlow. He was a super nice person. I too would be interested since one of the autographs is part of the bunch of guys nobody really cares much about is my Uncle Cliff Mapes!
