Actually ran across this photo on a Facebook group that attempts to trace ancestry of members of the tribe.

Besides the big Murad display, I can see Cracker Jack boxes in the case and have to wonder what other treasures we could find in that store.

Does anyone recognize the package with the girl's face on the front? It's on the right side of the shelf with the Cracker Jacks. Is it some kind of tobacco tin?

Sensational photo.

Being that the Cracker Jack company began placing the image of Sailor Jack and his dog Bingo on their box in 1918 we can at least date the photo to no earlier than that.

What a great image!

This is a cigar shop in Omaha in about 1915. Can anyone recognize the circled portion of the picture? I've tried working the photo, but the resolution doesn't allow for much enlargement. To me, it looks like it could be a baseball player.

Man, tell me that guy doesn't look like De Niro in The Irishman.

"I love baseball history backstory; especially when it involves cards."

Sir, instead of these cigars, do you have a few cartons of Piedmont cigarettes'. I'm thinking about collect those little baseball player cards? My Grand father said they are fun to collect.
