Copying pictures of REA Auction lots

Anyone know why REA changed their software program so as not to allow pictures of their auction lots to be copied?

Right click on the small image of the auction lot. Then click save image. Voila!

Hi Jerry, no idea why, but it is not that hard to get the images.

Use the URL: "https://bid.robertedwardauctions.com/images_items/item_45912_1.jpg", but replace the 45912 with the actual item number you want. That will give you just the first image. From there you can right click and "save image as" to save a local copy to your computer. The "_1" part you can change for whatever image number for that item you want such as _2, _3, etc, (typically _1 is the front image, _2 is the back image for single cards).

example lot 1, the 1916 ruth

Edit: or do what T206Collector suggests :)

Thanks T206Collector - I right clicked the larger image as is routine on other auctions.

x2drih2000 - that's a novel approach.

Leon - Full power.

You can also do a screen dump.
