I noticed these and sent the seller message letting him know they are counterfeits/reprints. I provided him with multiple reasons why they were fake. His response was, "Sorry I do not deal in reprints

So much for trying to be cordial. If you got a second take some time to report them as fraudulent postings. I hate seeing people getting scammed with bad cards with knowingly false information.

Done.

More from him, "I Have had these for thirty years how can you say these are fake I have delt in a lot of cards in my day I would never put something on that is fake if you do not want to bid then thats ok but what I know if these were fake I will refund your money in a heart beat have a nice night.

Sad. Thanks to everyone that's reported this thus far. I have a hard time believing that he can still believe these are real. I wonder if this is the T206 Cobb-Edwards Wagner owner under a new alias.

at least he put in a disclaimer:
"I was told that these are fake I have owned them for thirty years my self there is a 100% money back if they were not real."

Yet if you can't convince him now how could anyone convince him after the fact?

Agreed. At least there is something in there for a less knowledgable buyer to raise some cautiousness.

If he's telling the truth, someone should let him know that just because he's had them 30+ years doesn't mean they aren't reprints.
