I guess Paypal has hired a bunch of Francophone workers whose English is a bit iffy.<br><br>I was also thinking about the &quot;sucker born every minute&quot; idea-- is there a single person in the world who would be taken in by this one?

Posted By: <b>Don</b><p>Most email scams of this type originate in Africa, Nigeria being one of the most prolific. Nigeria was a former French colony, with French being the language of the educated class. Hence my connection to the spelling of the email scam.
