Posted By: Anonymous
I know this isn't a vintage card but since I have read numerous threads on here blasting PSA, tell me how this got into an SGC 98 GEM MINT holder.

Posted By: whitehse
Didnt you get your answer on the PSA boards??? Seems you are just trying to stir up trouble as this back centering issue was addressed already on the PSA boards.

Posted By: dan mckee
Corners look perfect, my 3 Maddux cards are all centered the same, I agree with the Gem Mint grade. They only come centered this way.

Posted By: Vintage80's
Thanks for the compliments. I guess it's OK for most to bash PSA here but everyone gets their panties in a wad when someone says something bad about SGC.

For what it's worth, no one bashes SGC on the PSA board...well except for me.

Posted By: Rob D.
I think there was a separate thread a couple weeks ago about the off-center backs on 1975 Topps Larry Hardy cards. Lots of good discussion, if I remember correctly.

Posted By: Fred C
Wow is that a 1975 Hardy rookie card? WOW -

I don't think people get their panties in a wrinkle because of your disagreement with an SGC grade. I think people get annoyed when people that don't normally post here bring up issues of grading and then support their findings with a bunch of crap from the post 60 era.

I suppose if you posted an SGC card that was pre-war (as defined in the forum rules) then everyone could get a chubby by looking at the card and then we could go on about the disgrace that SGC is to you. The only problem with that is most people that post in this forum prefer SGC and we find it much easier to bash PSA because they SUCK....

Now why don't you post something pre-war and then start ranting...

Posted By: leon
"Also, to be absolutely clear, this is not a complaint board about grading, graders or grudges. If your first post on the forum is negative, it will likely be deleted."

That being said if this were in the appropriate place, the post war side of this chat board, then it would be much better....though not really perfect. This thread might get locked sooner than later....regards

Posted By: joe brennan
How often is grade bashing a % of posts and how often does it lead no where? Leon, you must have the stats on TPG bashing. Got to be in the 15% range? I remember a farmer trying to wake his dead horse with a big stick. That didn't work, and neither does bashing a subjective profession. Sigh.

In Rememberance of James W. Brennan Sr. 1924-1982.
