I recently started just collecting the T206 set only and am up to 8 cards. I have purchased the majority of my T206 collection through eBay and find that T206museum is good with a few exceptions. It is very good for mid-grade commons. It is a little low for Southern Leaguers and 3 big HOFs. The 3 HOFs that I find it way too low on are Walter Johnson, Christy Matthewson & Cy Young.

I collect SGC only cards now in the 10-50 range.<br><br><br><br>I agree with the poster who said to refer to ebay completed sales. The issue with sites like T206.org etc is the same issue that people have with SMR prices, they are not updated for fluctuations in the market. These days I have been been able to pick up 30's on ebay for a little more than $20 and 40's for less than $30. Watch the auctions, keep a list of the dates you got outbid, and the amount. After losing a few times, you'll get a 'ballpark' idea of what is a reasonable price for one.<br><br>With the exception of the Demmitt St. Louis and O'Hara St. Louis cards, and the big ones, Wagner, Plank, Magie, and Doyle, there are plenty of the other white border tobacco cards to go around. So don't fret if you get outbid, another one will be offered soon.
