Posted By: Jon Canfield
Just a heads up to the board... I know there are many cigarette box/pack collectors on this board. Well, here is a word of caution on the following eBay item: "1910 / T206 era Drum Tobacco cigarette wrappers NRMT"

http://cgi.ebay.com/1910-T206-era-Drum-Tobacco-cigarette-wrappers-NRMT_W0QQitemZ320306170051QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item 320306170051&_trkparms=72%3A1205%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C 240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

The seller claims in the description that "Some say cards could have been randomly distributed within these packs of wrappers." I am unsure who the "some" that say this are, but I can say with 99.9% certainty that this is not true and after 15 years of researching baseball related cigarette packs, I have never heard this claim made before. I can also say that there is no chance that a card ever came with this cigarette rolling paper wrapper. Drum backed cards were packaged with Drum Cigarettes. They were not packaged with Drum tobacco pouches and they most certainly not packaged with Drum tobacco rolling papers.

======================================
For the premier online souce of information on baseball-related cigarette packs, visit http://www.baseballandtobacco.com
