Player/Card checklist

I am speaking of pre war cards.<br /><br />I ask because I was about to list my extra Boston Store William Blady Louden on ebay when I looked up his stats.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.baseball-reference.com/l/loudeba01.shtml" target="_new" rel="nofollow">http://www.baseball-reference.com/l/loudeba01.shtml</a><br /><br />Based on the years he played he can't have too many cards except the Boston Store and the Collins McCarthy.<br /><br />Based on this do you think the value would be higher. I recently got killed on a card and the seller told me that it was because that player didn't have many cards and as a result was in much higher demand. Has anyone tracked this for pre war cards.<br />James G <br><br>Looking for 1915 Cracker Jacks and 1909-11 American Caramel E90-1.

Posted By: <b>Mike</b><p>I just got my CD of the 2008 Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards Vintage Edition ( 1863-1980). With my search I found the following Louden cards: 1917 Weil Baking Co (D328), 1917 Standard Biscuit (D350-=2), 1917 Boston Store ( H801-8), 1917 Collins-McCarthy ( E135), 1916 Mothers Bread ( D303) - This is not his pitcher on the card.<br /><br />This is great for searching a specific player.
