Plus, he's one hell of a nice guy.

Leon - You should have an Net54 VBC HOF award ceremony at the Net54 dinner just like PSA has a PSA HOF award ceremony at their annual PSA luncheon.

Posted By: marty q
ted z is without a doubt at the top, but there is a bunch of guy's and gal's that are on here everyday contributing good posts. all of these "experts" add a great read for me and info i otherwise wouldnt get anywhere else, thanks to ted z - and all regular poster's.

Posted By: Tim
The Ted Z votes are well deserved but I think FKW should get some recognition. He shares a lot of knowledge that potentially keeps board members from making costly mistakes.
Posted By: Steve Murray
Ted, certainly, FKW for sure. Rob, Rhett, even the boss. And many, many more.

It would be real hard to pick just one as each has their own area of expertise to share.

Posted By: Frank Wakefield
The prize must be Leon's quarter!! The one that is usually in his scans of his cards. My recollection is that it is a Bicentennial quarter. That has to be the prize... maybe we get it mounted onto a trophy.

And next quarter I'll vote for fkw... But Ted first, this quarter.

Posted By: Darren
Who is this founder of this sight? Good question.

I do feel on card education Ted Z. is king, but for operational issues props go to the moderator dude....Leon.

Thanks Leon, for your contributions in keeping this thing rollin'. Sure it's about cardboard and stuff, but to me it's so much more than that. I visit the site to "reset" myself between patients. It's amazing the clarity I find by lurking/responding here.

Thank you.

Posted By: john/z28jd
The founder of the site is Elliot who still posts from time to time but now is mainly just one of those creepy lurkers you read about. He started this site when the fullcount board was taken down and ran it thru the lean years building it up before handing it off to some guy from Boston who moved to the west coast. If for some reason we had a self-serving HOF for people who spend too much time on the internet,Elliot has to be the Alexander Joy Cartwright(I think he's prefer to be likened to Henry Chadwick more but TS, Elliot) of the prestigious net54 Hall of Fame otherwise it will be no better than the current Hall of Fame which ignores so many of the 19th century people we cherish so much

Posted By: Elliot
"Creepy Lurker".....thanks John
I guess it is kind of true, as I read the board several times a day, but not every thread like I used to when I was moderator.
Also, Bill Cornell should be recognized by name for having taken over for me as moderator.

Posted By: davidcycleback
Elliot doesn't manually read the board anymore, he just has a computer program that rings a bill whenever his name is mentioned. If you want to have fun with him, type in Elliot a bunch of times at 3am Ontario time.

This board was founded by a Canadian, which will explain to the newcomers why the mascot is a mountie. I said that if the mascot had to be Canadian it should at least be Linda Evangelista, but Elliot said that name was too long for the T-shirts.
