Posted By: dan mckee
WOW! Once again I reached out to the Net54 board when I was ripped off! Yes BCD, I seem to have the worst luck than anyone in the world! I posted a thread on a scammer from TN who had $4060 of my money. I had a few good suggestions and a lawyer friend here in MD who was helping me out. But Frank Wakefield privately emailed me some info and a suggestion that led to me receiving my merchandise just this past Saturday! Thank you so much Frank! Frank suggested I get in touch with the local Sheriff's office in Bell Buckle TN and even provided me with the phone number. I called about 4 times and the detectives were always out. They did call back 1 time but I missed it. With Frank's suggestion still in mind, I went to the internet and found a detective in the town of Shelbyville close by. I emailed him and he immediately responded. He called the guy and was going to go to his house! The scammer was scared and met the detective at the post office with my goods! Now that is service!!!

Thanks again Frank and to the entire board.

Though our collecting, investing, and storage of choice greatly differs amongst board members, we all seem to agree that there is no room for scammers and theft.

This board also helped the PSA Nodgrass issue get resolved (though it took forever) and GREATLY helped me with my PSA lawsuit. (I can never thank you enough Adam).

In closing, I want to state that this is a great and worthwhile chatboard and the moderator dude has done an excellent job!

Posted By: leon
Glad it all worked out for you. I certainly take no credit for the board. It's absolutely the members that make it special. You are a great guy, a great collector, a good friend, and your Dad is even a better guy!! You are a lucky man......(notwithstanding all of the bad luck you have )..Frank W and many other board members have helped me many times too. Overall this is a fantastic group of guys and girls that look out for each other, in between battling for our little gems of course.......take care and see ya' soon.

Posted By: Frank Wakefield
Thank you, guys. I didn't do all that much. Usually, the folks I help already have their eyes open, they just need to calm down and be gently pointed in the right direction. From time to time I need that help, all of us do.

Dan, glad it worked out. And Leon, I'll continue to try and help the folks that you refer.
