Anyone else getting this message from eBay?

Posted By: <b>John S</b><p>I apologize if I missed this in another post. Is anyone else being denied when attempting to bid because their PayPal account is not linked to their eBay account? On two occasions today I was not able to bid. The message from eBay was that the seller had restricted the auction to bidders that had linked ebay/paypal accounts.
