Posted By: <b>leon</b><p>I think there used to be an escrow service? Also, a few times I have had a board member get involved with the seller locally. Just about anywhere at all in the US there is a Net54 member that might be able to do the transaction in person with the seller.....regards

Posted By: <b>ali_lapoint</b><p>i think most sellers refuse paypal to protect themselves from buyers. there are so many ways to cheat a seller through paypal that they are fed up with it. insure your purchase and buy only from sellers with high feedback and transactions.
