Posted By: Dave F
David Rudd had said the postcard was sold in a MastroNet auction a few years back. Would anyone know who to get results from MastroNet auctions at this point? Or if its before Mastro are those long gone as far as results online?

Posted By: Rick McQuillan
Hi Dave, Great postcard.

The Sports Postcard Price Guide lists a "New York Highlanders 1911 Sporty Postal Card Co of Newark NJ, Sepia Postcard" on page 57. The guide doesn't show a photo, but this is probably the pc that is mentioned in the book. The guide list this card @ $200-250 in EX condition, but the guide was published in 1998, so the $250 is probably very low considering the rarity of the pc and the fact that the guide is 10 years old.

Cool pc. Enjoy!

Rick

Another board member had emailed me a couple different prices where this card (sold once) and the Athletics version were both sold in the past 5 years and they were all in the $900-1250 range, although I couldn't tell the condition of but one.

Dave
