Lefty O'Doul's first card........

Other than his numerous Zeenut PCL cards, what would be the earliest card issue for Lefty?

Posted By: <b>fkw</b><p>R315's are listed in the 2008 SCD as being from 1929-30, but if O'Doul is shown with NY NL it should be noted that the R315's also might have came out in 1928 (the 2003 SCD listed the R315's as 1928)<br /><br />These 2 are also from 1929 but show him with Phil NL.<br /><br />But like others said, the Zeenut cards are much earlier so its no big deal which card was his first in the Majors.<br /><br /><img src=http://centuryoldcards.com/images/1929w553odoul.jpg><br />1929 W553<br /><br /><img src=http://centuryoldcards.com/images/1929r316odoul.jpg><br />1929 R316
