Posted By: Tom Russo
I noticed last week that I had a 10 year ebay anniversary and was remembering the days when my favorite searches yielded 20 - 30 results instead of 300 or so. I was able to pick up a few bargains in those days. Wondering if anyone else made some special pickups in the earlier days of ebay. Below is my favorite, a cabinet photo of Hooks Wiltse. On the back it says return to Geo. Wiltse, 432 Cortland Avenue, Syracuse, N.Y.

Posted By: T206Collector
I picked all but two of my first T206 cards on ebay back in the early days. One of my favorite pick ups that was not a T206 card was this NL Playing Rules and Constitution book from 1885. Got it for around $100. I thought that I'd see a bunch more of these, but they're pretty rare....

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Visit http://www.t206collector.com for my blog, interviews, articles, card galleries and more!

Posted By: Seth B.
This is a fun post:
Back in 2001ish, I bought this card for $35 on ebay. I then traded it to Leon (hi Leon, you probably don't remember this), who had it graded a SGC 30. I then missed it and bought it back from Leon for a much larger (though fair) price.
