Posted By: Dan Bretta
I believe these were produced in the 1980s. They are not hard to find and they have little value.

Posted By: Dan Bretta
They are actually based on the 1887 Old Judge N172 cards....colorized versions of them. They are neat, but I see them occasionally on ebay and in lots in auction houses like Hunts.

Posted By: jay wolt
These were made in 2 series of 4 different
starting in 1987 for the 100th annivesary.
I have the first series matted & framed and
they contain Delahanty that you scanned,
Jim O'Rourke, Cap Anson & King Kelly.
I also have the 2nd series unframed somewhere
and that cost $12 for the set. Picked it up at
Fort Washington 3 or 4 years ago. The 1st series
was sold through SCD ads and such and probably didn't
do that well thus the reason the 2nd series wasn't sold
the same way.

Posted By: Jeff J
Thanks for the info. They look too nice not to ask about them but glad I did.
I have never collected the 1800's stuff so needed to ask for help.
This forum is great. I hope I can contribute from my end from time to time.

Best JJ
