Posted By: Dave F
Hey Anonymous...

I don't think there was any need for a comment like that. The gentleman has bought over 500 t206's in the last few months alone...if its his third time asking for price help so be it. Whats the big deal?

Posted By: jamie
usually price guides dont have cards priced out with holes on them or with clumps of paper attached to the card... if you have such a magical price guide would love to see it .... if you got a problem with my threads dont read em.. A card in the grade of a 1 or "A".. has extreme price differences... just looking for a little help.... most people understand. but I will try to stay away from the main board if it is becoming an issue which I dont think it is

Posted By: leon
Your questions are not an issue in my opinion. Also the anonymous person isn't anonymous he just didn't put his name in the correct space. He too was expressing his opinion. I don't have a problem with folks expressing their opinions about stuff on the board, good or bad. If it was a truly anonymous post it wouldn't still be there. I do have an issue with anonymous posting on anything but very benign subjects......regards

Posted By: Adam
I would say $130 or so for the Young portrait, and $35 or so for the Young throwing.

Posted By: T206Collector
...a few of the last T206 cards I needed, too. I settled on a beater throwing for $200 and a real beater with glove for about $150. The portrait will probably cost you $150-$225; the beater throwing should be $100-$150, if not somewhat under $100. But my prices are a bit skewed in last year's figures, which were a little higher as far as I can tell.

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

Visit http://www.t206collector.com for my blog, interviews, articles, card galleries and more!

Posted By: Dave Hornish
Young's are a little pricey right now and the portrait is a sought after card. I'm not finding the market soft on these at all and any bids need to be 15-20% more than I expect to pay on Young's at the moment. I would think somewhere in the mid $200's for that Young portrait is possible, if not a little higher. The other card is pretty rough and I would not pay over $100 for that beater throwing, if even that; it's really half a card.

Posted By: Scott Levy
IMO a fair value would be

$175 for the portrait
$75 for the throwing

But a lot will have to do with how flexible/motivated the seller is. I could easily see these going for +/- 25%

Regards,
Scott
