They are basically killing the value of the authentic cards (similar to the Fro-Joys).<br /><br />Both of these sets are actually rare. Lipset estimated there were less than 50 of the GHRuth Candy cards out there (Vol 2 Encyclopedia of Baseball cards, 1984). I think there are more, but not a whole lot more.

I always look for these and they are very tough. I only see maybe 2 a year of this type.
