Interesting reading about the players even if you are not interested in the card. Such things as Chance looking for four leaf clovers on the way to the ballpark and when was the first time a black pitcher faced a black batter. Or, who was the first player to hit three homers off the same pitcher twice. The 52 Topps are especially good. Usually just bypass cards I am not interested in. This is good stuff. Hats off to Goodwin & Co.
