Posted By: T206Collector
Few people realize that Mathewson's real name was Christmas. It's true. You could look it up on Google or Wikipedia. But I wouldn't.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Visit http://www.t206collector.com for my T206 blog, card galleries, articles and more...
So I put in a handful of matty /or postcard /or memorabilia guys.

Thankfully - you have your photo on your site - I had to have you in there.

Posted By: Dan Kravitz
Not sure, I think SGC has their head up their a** sometimes. I think it was in a PSA 3 holder, but SGC holders looks much nicer! Doesn't matter to me, cause it's not going anywhere.

Posted By: leon
I think that is a card in which I would get a 2nd opinion from SGC, if you ever go to sell it. Even if there were paper chipping on blank areas (which I doubt there is) this card is not a FR card....It's at least a GD and maybe VG.....Just my opinion from the scan.....btw, SGC will listen to what you have to say concerning stuff. Sometimes they agree and sometimes they don't ....

edited to add.....Nice work on the Matty PC, Joe....

Posted By: Steve Dawson
Regarding Dan K's T206 Matty Hindu, the reason for the low grade is probably the paper loss on the lower-right corner of the back. Here's a copy of a full Hindu back:

Notice the right edge of the banner and the border...they're missing on Dan's Matty.

Steve

Or, maybe everybody else knew he was joking and I didn't.
