Posted By: Paul Grubor
OK...I just looked at a signed Honus Wagner letter from 1908. The contents of the letter are described in the memorabilia forum. Now, what if this letter was dated 1910 and Wagner talked about why he had his card pulled from the cigarette packs. Its kind of cool that the letter I just read talked about the Sporting Life co in Philadelphia which of course made the super rare W600's. Anyway, what would the letter be worth if it described why the most famous card was removed from the packs? My guess....$150K

Posted By: Paul Grubor
The letter is as real as it gets and I told him to send it to Jim Spence.
Its on a piece of paper 6 X 10 or so. If you want to see it send me your email address and I'll forward it to you...If you could post it on here after I email it..that would be great..I'm not a computer expert and have no clue how to send a link.
