Posted By: Matthew
The end of a seemingly never ending quest. I sure did not think it would ever happen but this is the last 1909 Obak needed to complete my set. Thanks to all those who have helped me over the years.

Welcome home, Mr. Harkins.

Posted By: Bruce Babcock
Congrats. A great set. I remember when these were $5 cards and very few people were interested in them.

Posted By: Matthew
With the recent prices on them, I am glad I started when Obaks were relatively affordable. The last few cards needed were Ehman, Henley, Flannagan & Mohler along with Harkins. It took almost 2 years to find the last 8 cards or so.

It took a little over 5 years to get them all so I am just going to enjoy it for a while before thinking of starting another. The monster will always be there looming so I may just pick a few off here & there. I still have 1 southern leaguer & quite a few minor leaguers on the wantlist. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the kind words everyone!

Matthew
