Posted By: rand
I was thinking about SGC, GAI, SCD, ect...How come PSA is the only company that uses qualifiers? I think its interesting about Beckett's sub grades and has a half point scale. What do you all think about (OC) (MK) (PD) ect...do you like them? how come the other companies do not use their own version?

(The new Gretzky Honus owner may be able to sleep better?)

To respond to your question. Qualifiers from sloppy factory snafus; Miscut, Print Defect or Off Center are hogwash. Deduct this from the grade. Human causes, ie Stained or Marked should note 'Q' option as it is now.
