Posted By: Dan Bretta
Fred, you need to edit your lineup on a daily basis to be competitive. You can click and drag players on your bench by holding the left click down on the blue box and dragging the player into the right postion. You can also see if a pitcher is pitching on a particular day if he has a "^" symbol next to his name. Once you are done editing the lineup you click the button at the bottom of the page that says "Submit changes".

Posted By: Ben
Dan has a good point about editing your lineup daily. I might only add that one should be mindful of the "maximum games played" counter in the bottom left area of your roster page. Each offensive position has a maximum of 162 games played (and there's a maximum of 1250 innings for pitchers). I've seen many a fantasy season go down the drain because a manager started all their players for every game and went over the limit towards the end of the season.
