Posted By: jims
I do not have any of these in my collection. But a large group of 19 of them sold in a 1999 Hunt Auction. The lot was described as EX-EX/MT. The four examples that were pictured looked very sharp with no writing on them. The description said the cards were all postmarked 1906. Hope this helps. The lot sold for 4700.

Posted By: jims
Additional info on the postcards. In the lot description it mentioned that each card had the player position written in ink next to the player's name, exactly like your example but apparently without the dirt.

Posted By: Paul
I have a Waddell with "pitcher" written in hand on the same spot. My recollection is that Tik & Tik had a complete set at one time, with all of them having the player positions written by hand. Obviously, there's a few out there without the handwriting as well.
