Posted By: Jason L
Well, after much ado about nearly nothing, I have finally dipped a toe in the water and created a personal website that is focused on collecting.

The structure is built, very few pics are up as yet, but that is where most of the meat will be added in the coming weeks.

While you heavy hitters won't be seeing any of the hobby's most sought-after cards (by ANY means! ), I invite all to take a peek, and I welcome all constructive criticism and suggestions...(and please remember, the vintage stuff is still new for me, so much of the collection will be "OT" as they say!)

it's a neat exercise that I would recommend to all...
Thanks,
Jason

www.freewebs.com\chisywact

Posted By: Dave
Jason...very cool and professional looking...I tried playing around on that site...am I right that to have a site like that you have to pay? It's not free for one of that nature?

Posted By: mark
Link does not work, you should go in to the thread and re-enter the link. There is a > at the end of the current link which is put there automatically if you edit your original post.

Posted By: Jason L
I think the new link that I put in the second post now works...I couldn't seem to fix that other > problem you mentioned...but great for future knowledge

Dave, thank you! - and to answer your question, yes, I started this thing as a free site on Freewebs.com...but then I decided to pay up for the Starter pkg $50/year to lose the advertising banners and be able to put more than 20 separate pages on my site. I tend to have too much to say, and this puppy is just getting going!

Posted By: mark
For me, if i have to edit my thread i also just repaste a link and copy over old link and it seems to work.

Something in the program puts a > at the end of a link for some reason.
