Posted By: Scott L
The guy just seems to have an endless supply of T206's. I was wondering if anybody knows any details behind his supply? Was he the beneficiary of a find?

I have bought a few cards from him and he's a top notch seller.

Posted By: Dave
By the way...I actually just got a card from him in the mail today. He sends UPS, and packaging was as probably protected as any card i've gotten off ebay...don't know if he does that for every card...but this was for a T206 PSA 3

Posted By: Dave
Well his S/H is higher..but thats what you get using UPS, which doesn't bother me at all to pay the extra few dollars...keeps the cards out of the hands of my dumb*** mailman who is too lazy to walk to the door and instead just leaves my cards at the P.O. that I end up having to go pick up.

Posted By: Steve f
Dave, you describe an energetic, ambitious mailman. A lazy one would find a dumpster behind a Dunkin Donuts.

"I'll handle this Violet. You can take your three hour break now".

Posted By: Dave
Well than I'm not describing him right...I was going for IDIOT instead. Anything that has to be signed for, he never brings to the door...even though my wife is home during the day...so I have to make special trips to stand in line at the P.O....I love our government.

Posted By: DMcD
Picked up this hummbaby Rucker from london_venture last month. Shipped via UPS, nine-ninetyfive, no problemo. Guy runs a slick operation.

As for postmen, we (me, the wife and Bruce) must have lucked out. Neither rain nor sleet nor dead of night keeps our man Alvin from his appointed rounds. Not that we get much sleet here in Honolulu. Always has a minute for a chat. A capable and pleasant fellow. When he takes the day off we get mail for guys that died ten years ago. And then, there's always the ex-Cub factor: http://www.network54.com/Forum/153652/message/1137181561/last-1137450912/Re-+Ugliest+Player+as+Depicted+on+Card-

Posted By: cmoking
David, I hope this doesn't sound bad, but I'm just asking an honest question, I'm not trying to put your card down: is that a wrinkle or crease near the bottom of your card? Just curious how that looks in person vs how it looks in the scan.

Posted By: DMcD
Yes, by cracky!, there is a PSA4 "light crease may be visible" crease. More apparent on back then on front. Had to put on my bi-focals to see it. They're all blazers after midnight.

Tina Delgado is Alive !
