Posted By: joe brennan
I just picked up a Chesbro for my collection with a F.F. Baker stamp on the back. I thought I had seen than name before and sure enough I have an Engle Batting with the same stamp on the back. Both are N.Y. American cards. My question is, Did anyone on this board buy the Baker collection in recent times? It would be kinda neat to know about him as his name will forever be linked to these T206's. Was he just a Highlander collector or does anyone have any more of his collection. Any dealers have any recall about this. thanks in advance. Don't you think it would be neat to have some info on him? Just my thoughts anyways. Might have to buy as many as I see and put his collection back together. Wondering if Barry has any insite on it?

In Rememberance of James W. Brennan Sr. 1924-1982. Dad, thanks for everything you did for me.
