Posted By: Preece1
Hi all,

I have been thinking of creating a website where I could display my collection for some time now, and I am happy to say that it has just been finished. It is not a very big collection, but I hope you enjoy the cards just the same.

Brian McQueen, resident Moderator, is the man responsible, and he did a great job.

Posted By: DCDSports
WOW Patrick,

What a great site and truly rare and amazing cards too. The K-Bats are my fav. I remember when I got to hold them at the Nat last year and they are so much better in person! One suggestion, I would recommend that you place a water mark on the cards so no one can make fake cards of these images.

AMAZING COLLECTION!!!

Trevor Hocking

Posted By: barrysloate
Hey Pat- beautiful website and some killer cards! When you get a chance, fix the spelling of Al Spalding's name, and the place where it says "Harry Al Spaulding." Just a few glitches on an otherwise perfect site.

Posted By: Adam J. Baxter
It may not be big, but it's definitely got all the hallmarks of a world class collection. Some of the nicest & rarest 19th century cards I've ever had the pleasure of viewing. Thanks for sharing.

Posted By: Preece1
The Lowdermilk was not purchased raw, but was a graded card in a Sportscard Plus acution some years back. My collection is completely SGC, so I will likely break the card out of the PSA holder and send it to Dave & Co. at SGC. Only laziness has prevented that action.

Posted By: Brian McQueen

Lyle,

I'd agree with you whole-heartedly. After working with the scans of Patrick's cards and completing the site, I was almost ready to take up 19th century type card collecting myself. Then I remembered..."oh yeah, I'm trying to collect on a budget..."

Terrific cards Patrick, I'm happy to have been of assistance

-Brian
redmaccie@hotmail.com

Posted By: Preece1
Sorry Greg, the transactions were private deals where the previous owner does not want the price to be shared.

As for the website cost, please ask Brian (the website developer) directly for all info
