Posted By: Patrick McMenemy
I'm attempting to put together an more accurate checklist for the 1911 Zeenut set. I'd like to have a list that ideally shows the player's first name, middle initial, nickname, and last name. For example, Frank E. "Pop" Dillion.

I am aware of 2 cards that have incorrect spelling on them.
Mark Macrae mentioned that the Henry Kerns card is actually Henry Kern. In addition, Milton Driscoll has 2 cards, one with the correct spelling Driscoll, and one incorrectly spelled, Discoll.

Here are some of the players that I have seen listed several different ways:

Ivon Howard....Ivan Howard
Monte Pfyl....Meinhard Pfyl
Al Hiester....Elwood Heister....Elwood Hiester
Walter Ryan....William Ryan
Albert Carson....Alexander Carson
William "Hap" or "Happy" Hogan...Wallace L. Hogan
Louis "Mickey" LaLonge....L. N. LaLonge

Any clarification on these players would be greatly appreciated. I will be more than happy to share my checklists with anyone who may want them once I'm pretty sure the information is correct.

Another clarification that I would be interested in seeing are scans of the cards that come with different size print/images. For example, seeing scans side-by-side of the Hugh Smith or the Drummond Brown cards, in both the small and large versions, would be ideal.

Thanks,

Patrick
