Beyond all of the team photos of the teams playing, pictures of their owners, and many advertisements is a good sized section on the history of the Newsboy League. Like Leon said, most of the players were all much older than the person in the image you posted. My program also gives team photos of many of the teams pictured in the N333 set. Unfortunately, Boston's team is not pictured. From looking over the other team photos, I say your guy was not part of the league. Not because I don't recognize the face, but because of him being way too young.
