I would imagine nearly all of us have done the same thing, whether it's $100 at age 16 or $10,000 at age 60.<br /><br />Any good stories or what you bought, how much higher it was over your budget or bank account, and how you managed afterward (spouse avoidance, selling other items, credit card).
