Posted By: Cobby33
I submitted my cards over a month ago...For the 10 business day deal...Just got an email saying they received them (even after I went through all of the silly conventions like labeling the cards, envelope, etc.).

Cust. service said they're "behind" becuase they were at the Chicago Show.

Guess the 10-day "special" means it's 10 business days after they get around to opening the packages???

Posted By: Rick McQuillan
How did you send them? Registered Mail? If so, the package should have been scanned when it was delivered. Your Post Office can look up the delivery date, or give me the Registered Number and I will look it up for you at work on Monday. Rick

Posted By: Bob
I sent a shipment of 24 cards to SGC which were marked "express" service (15 days) clearly on the outside of the package. Their website shows they received the shipment on October 25th and I note that their website says the cards haven't yet been graded and sent back yet...

Posted By: Joann
On the subject of PSA customer service:

A few months ago I posted here that I was really happy w/PSA CS. I had sent in 6 cards for grading and they damaged one. They called me to let me know this - I didn't have to discover it on my own - and gave me a few options for remedy. One was to send $110 worth of vouchers, and I took that option.

As of today I've received exactly jack from them. I've left several messages and talked to the person I was dealing with directly once. In that conversation he apologized profusely and promised to put them in that day's mail. That was now about three weeks ago.

So I'm still out a card, and haven't receiving anything promised in return for the card.

I guess I take back my previous post about being happy with their CS.

I still don't have any real opinion on their grading, etc, - not a general PSA bash here. Cobby started a thread about CS, and I'm ringing in with a similar negative experience.

J

Edited to add: The date they printed this order was 9/22/06. So it has been over two months and is charging hard for three months with no resolution.
