Posted By: Brian McQueen

Ahhhh...here's a familiar card to me! This one was one of my first e107 HOFers. Hal and I passed it back and forth a couple times as well.

I hope someone finally buys it and gives it a good home.

I believe the starting price to be worth it however something I've noticed in 2006, vs. 2005, for e107 HOFers....the prices have started to drop for cards sold publically. Seems that cards aren't going for nearly what they did last year and a good example of this was the very rare (and nice) Beckley that went in a Mastro Auction a few months back for a little over 7k with juice. That same card might have fetched 13-15K in 2005.

Posted By: Brian McQueen

Hal, that's true however I believe that, in general, e107s have been down a bit from the insane prices they were receiving in 2005 when sold publically. The Beckley was a fairly recent card so it was "off the top of my head" but there have been other examples.

On the other hand, the PRIVATE sales that I've been privy too have reached record highs in nearly all cases. But that's slightly different.

Posted By: Mark
This card was auctioned off in August 2006 for $2.7k plus VIG so teh starting price is more than fair: <a href="http://www.memorylaneinc.com/site/bid/bidplace.asp?itemid=1997&getauctionid=63</a" target="_new" rel="nofollow">http://www.memorylaneinc.com/site/bid/bidplace.asp?itemid=1997&getauctionid=63</a>
