Posted By: leonRemember this is not a popularity vote. I have never seen a D303 in anything above a 5....however, I have seen a few real nice E107's. I was underbidder years ago on the Plank E107 in an 8 holder......

Posted By: WesleyThe PSA 8 Plank is an exceptional card. Out of 88 E107s PSA has graded, the Plank is the one and only 8. There are no 7s or even 6s. PSA has graded four 5s total.

Posted By: leonThe Plank E107 was around 18k plus juice...but this was 5 or more years ago...before they skyrocketed.....3 yrs ago decent HOF'ers were less than a thousand and then the **it hit the fan and the rest is history...

Posted By: robert aT209, E100, and other minor league issues must've been printed on cheaper stock since they tend to have the same flaking around the borders which leads to the low grades. T213-1 and E97 B & W could be added to the list due to the very thin stock that makes them very difficult to find in high grade.

I sorta feel you can find examples from the other sets that look nice but when was the last time you saw a Lections that wasn't hideous?

These cards are just beat all to heck. I would love to see a high grade one if anyone here has one to share. E107s are tough but high grade has been seen and auctioned off. Along with the others - there may not be many around but we have all seen one at one time or another. Lections - I think - are the clear vote. .

Posted By: fkwThere is a EX-NRMT Lections Ruth floating around somewhere. I saw it about 3-4 years ago, but lost the picture. I believe the kids kept them in their pockets on a daily basis and got them cancelled with holepunches sometimes after redeaming them for something. ???? It would have to be something like that since the Lections card stock is one of the thickest and sturdiest Ive seen, and most are all beat up with creases.

Off the top of my head, I remember there is a 50, maybe some 40's and a 20 (and two 10's)? However, SGC HAMMERED them. I have a Hornsby with a little pencil writing on the front - I think "1.80" is written and they would only give it a 10. Had I, dare I say, erased the pencil before submitting, it would surely have been a 50, too. The one I have that is a 50 is gorgeous. To how it only got a 50 is beyond me - I can't figure out the grading sometimes. None of the ones I have are punched. My Ruth is rough - lots of creases. I have never seen the nice Ruth. I know of one other Ruth that isn't punched and it is as bad as mine.
