What do you think they will grade ? What grading company do you think would be the best to send to ? thanks for your feedback.

here are the scans you requested Fred. I too think the Jones may be trimmed but not sure of the Arellanes. I will take all the advice and send them both to diff.grading companies.

Posted By: Pete Z.
They appear to be in excellent condition if they have no creases and the backs are clean (y no es recortar*). Have PSA grade them to maximize your ROI if you plan to sell them. SGC or GAI are fine too.

* not trimmed in spanish

Posted By: Judge Dred (Fred)
SGC

AUTH - I would think that cards with corners as sharp as those would have minimal toning but then that could be an issue with the scanner. Can you provide back scans. Squeaky clean backs may indicate that the cards are indeed clean and gradeable. Lots of toning or dirt may indicate that the cards have been altered (with respect to the corners).

Edited to add - they do look nice!

Arrelanes looks like a PSA 7 or SGC 84. I would send him to PSA if you want to maximize ROI. This assumes the backs are clean and the cards are not trimmed.
Scot

Posted By: Bob
Arrellanes looks beautiful, an SGC 84. Jones could be trimmed on the top border, not sure. If not, it will be a top grade, if so, SGC AUTH.

Posted By: Frank Wakefield
First, I don't think they will grade because they look trimmed to me, too.

Secondly, I think that this mass mindless desire to have cards graded has significantly increased the incidence of card trimming. And now that I've thought that out, I consider that an additional evil of this grading movement.

Nice cards, gotta love T206s, but I don't think they'll grade.

Posted By: Martin Neal
The Arellanes definately looks trimmed along the top border. If you acquired them at the same time, I would not hold out much hope that the Jones will grade either. Psa would probably grade the Jones a six.
