Sure doesn't look "tamper proof" to me.

http://cgi.ebay.com/1941-Play-Ball-Charley-Gehringer-HOF-BVG-BGS_W0QQitemZ330000517375QQihZ014QQcategoryZ86851Q QrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Posted By: John S
Beckett does provide this service for what it is worth. They were grading on-site at the Tri-Star show in Cleveland last year. I handled a number of cards that had been "raw-graded". They are just semi-rigid card savers with a foil seal. I did not try to open one but even if they are a tamper-proof material I would have to imagine someone will figure out how to remove a card.

The sticker is the type that the foil peels off the plastic and says "VOID" all over if it is removed.

I guess one way might be to cut off the bottom of the card saver and if you had a machine that could duplicate the sealing edge of the card saver, it could be remelted down.
