Can Anyone Identify This Card

Posted By: <b>fkw</b><p>Magazine cut is my guess.<br /><br /><br />Is the back unrelated and is it made out of paper like it was cut from a magazine. There are many of these on eBay. If so it is not a card, but just a picture cut from a magazine of the era.
